Plant orders are usually shipped within 3-5 days depending on the availability of the plant. During certain times of the year, there may be a wait-time before we are able to ship your order. All orders are filled in the order in which they are received.
Shipment During Extremely Temperature
VoMoV Plants are not responsible for shipping damage by extreme weather. Order at your own risk, but follow the tips below to prevent damage from occurring during transit.
Extremely high temperature can cause the plants to rot and die. Make sure to retrieve the packages as soon as they are delivered. Don't let the packages sit under direct sunlight for more than an hour.
In freezing weather include a Heat Pack with your order. While heat packs do not guarantee protection from cold damage of the plant, but will help reduce. Make sure to retrieve the packages as soon as they are delivered. Don't let the packages sit outside for more than an hour.
Quality Guarantee
We ship plants of good quality and disease free. Most plants are shipped bareroot to ensure their safety.
Plant Size & Appearance
Please keep in mind that all plants are unique from one to the next, and display color, shape, and growth variation based on current environment, time of year, and other contributing factors.
Upon Delivery
We take great care in the packaging of your plants, but sadly, we can’t control how they are handled once they leave us.
Please track your package and open it immediately upon arrival.
Please note that we ship our plants as dry as possible in the fall and winter months to prevent rot and or freezing of the plants. Your plant is a living and breathing thing. It just crossed the country, state, or county, it needs to acclimate to the new environment you provide. They will plump back up after planting. It needs soil, sun, and water to begin the "healing" process to make it back to 100%.
If Unsatisfied with Your Purchase
We value our customers and want you to be happy with your purchase!
If you receive your package and are not satisfied, please email us within 24 hours of delivery and we will do our best to make the situation right. Please provide a picture or two to help us assess the problem and resolve it quickly. Do not dispose of the box and packaging as we may need to see a picture of them.
It is important to us that you receive your plants in good condition, but if you wait longer than 24 hours to tell us there was an issue, we may not be able to help.
If Plant Arrived Damaged
Please contact us for replacements if your plants are severely damaged. We'll try our best to accommodate you.
Please email us providing your order number and photos of the damage, both to the packaging and the plants. Do not dispose of the plants or packaging until the issue is resolved.
If your order was indeed damaged, dead, or incomplete on arrival, we will assist you to make it right:

we may send out new plants to replace them,

we reserve the right to refund you for the damaged one instead of shipping new ones,

or inform you on how to care for the damaged ones.
Since plants are perishable items, we do not offer full refunds or returns. We don’t accept returns on plant orders; the plants cannot survive 2-way shipping.
Please note that a few missing or broken leaves, dried or wilted bottom leaves, color or shape difference, stress from shipment, cold damage without a heat pack or dirt on a plant do NOT meet the requirements of our claim process.
If Plant Arrived Broken
Don’t throw away broken plants! You can replant them. Succulents are durable, and the majority of your succulents started from cuttings. If the stem has broken off completely, allow it to dry for 1 week in the shade and replant it. If the stem is hanging, carefully cut off before drying.
Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel an order, please email us your cancellation request. Please include your order number and the words “Order Cancellation Request” in the subject line of your email. We will cancel you order only if the package hasn’t been shipped yet.
